Minxie
Name: Mallory Bijou
Meaning: Mallory - Unlucky; Bijou - Jewel, so "Unlucky jewel"
Nickname(s): "Mal" / “Bibi” / “Pixie”
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Race: Human
Preference: Bi-sexual
Studying: Fine Art, Fashion Design, Literature, Philosophy (A-level)
Physical Appearances: Mallory stands at roughly five foot one, with a figure somewhat curvier than the media dictates as 'acceptable'. Her skin, due to her heritage, is pale and creamy, with an abundance of gingery freckles. She has a few white marks (chicken pox scars) across her arms, legs and torso, and a few across the back of her neck.
Thick and occasionally rather unmanageable, Mallory's soft copper hair reaches to just below her shoulder-blades. It is usually held back at the base of her neck in a ponytail decorated with a colourful ribbon, but occasionally she feels adventurous and plaits it with more ribbon and strands of beads. She keeps her fringe long, and parts her hair to the right so the fringe hangs over one eye (though she constantly tucks it behind her ear anyway). She has a small pair of straightening tongs she uses to keep it smooth and straight. Sometimes she will utilise the straighteners for the rest of her hair, but as a general rule Mallory is just too lazy to do it herself.
Her eyebrows are the same shade as her hair, and if they are not as slender as a fashion-model's, they are kept in neat shape. Her lashes are also the same colour as her hair, but are a shade paler, which makes them almost invisible. This leads to Mallory wearing mascara at every available opportunity, just to make them visible. She prefers a brown-tone mascara as opposed to a black one, and only puts a thin layer on as she is terrified of the 'spider leg effect'. Perhaps unusually for a redhead, Mallory's eyes are a bright shade of blue, just this side of sky-blue. They are rounded, and set a pleasant distance apart.
Mallory has very delicate features; she looks a little like a porcelain doll, and that a good prod would shatter her. Her nose prevents her from being 'too cute' by being perhaps a little pointier than some would like. It and cheekbones are covered with light freckles, and a few also speckle her forehead.
Sized very average, Mallory's ears seem to point a little at the tips, earning her the nickname 'Pixie' from her parents. One of her earlobes is narrower than the other, and removed from the side of her face, due to tearing during birth.
Piercings: Single hole in each lobe.
Tattoos: None.
Other distinguishing features:
Clothing Style: Generally, if it's pink, she'll love it; Mallory has a real soft-spot for the colour. She likes most pastel colours, actually, preferring those to anything bold and bright. Black will occasionally grace her wardrobe, as will white, but don't try any bright blues or greens. Especially not green; she is convinced bright green will cause her to resemble a Christmas tree.
When not wearing the school's uniform, Mallory can be found in blouses and skirts, or dresses. She is an avid fan of the 'lolita' fashion, and owns a lot of outfits that could be considered such. The teen collects clothing, and she has a vast wardrobe that encompasses many different styles. She does own jeans, all in pale denim, and most with some sort of embellishment. The same can be said of t-shirts; all pale/pastel in colour, and most with embellishment or quotes.

Strengths:
- Good listener. Given how much she is capable of chattering, one would not expect Mallory to have the capacity to shut up and listen. However, she is exceedingly good at doing just that. Somehow she has a sense of when someone needs to talk, and can lead them into doing so.
- Mental. Mallory has a fierce intelligence and a photographic memory. She has a wonderful recollection of facts that most people would have deemed pointless and discarded. She is also very adept at placing faces to names .
- Genuine sweetheart. Mallory honestly doesn't have a nasty bone in her body. Sure, she has her 'off' days, and can be grumpy with the best of them, but she never ever means anyone ill. She strongly believes that everyone has some goodness to them; she just needs to find it.
Weaknesses:
- Bit of a doormat. The idea of refusing someone something is pretty unthinkable for Mallory. She loves to please people, and hates being firm. She would much rather give in, just to keep the other party happy.
- Naive. This links neatly with the weakness above: Mallory literally cannot comprehend that people might not be as good as she thinks they are. It is a complete shock to her when she realises she has been lied to/tricked/whatever. This doesn't, however, stop her from taking that person back time and time again.
- Clothing. Mallory just can't stop buying clothes. She's very lucky that her family is as well-off as it is, otherwise she would be in all sorts of trouble.
- Emotional. Everything Mallory feels, she feels extremely strongly, but because she is so, so determined to be helpful to others and never ever a burden, she has become remarkably adept at hiding any emotions she deems as 'negative'; so anger; irritation; sadness; all get hidden away beneath a veneer of vapid happiness.
Fears:
- Spiders. Nothing, but nothing, should have that many legs.
- Losing her temper in public. It takes an awful lot to make Mallory really rage, and she is very good at controlling herself when it does, but she lives in terror of the day she completely loses her rag and destroys her ever-mellow image.
- Small spaces. For as long as she can remember Mallory has had nightmares about being trapped in somewhere tiny, and to this day small places (even lifts) terrify her.
- Losing control. It's only really happened once in her many lifetimes, but Mallory is afraid of her power, afraid that she'll lose control the way she did as Delores, her last incarnation. Her memories are still patchy, as they always are to begin with, but Mallory knows something bad happened, and she lost control of her powers, and of herself. The last thing she wants is for that to happen again.
