Dante patted gently the hand that rested against his own.
"Thank you, but it's alright now I suppose, the Seven are awakening again, I have a purpose once more."
I'm not alone anymore.
"You will be fine, there are advantages to being just a girl, you grow and change quickly. It will be easier to develop your power. You will always be strong."
Dante stood, pacing. He tilted his head from side-to-side, resulting in a satisfying crack each way.
"I'm afraid you may not have the luxury of waiting, I have felt the need to awaken more pressing than ever, something hangs in the air of this place and the dark ones can see you now. What can you sense?"

Isolde was silent a little while. She listened to what Dante had to say about her and smiled faintly at the compliment, her mind mostly elsewhere. She stared into the middle-distance, her eyes brightening to an unnatural blue, before whiting out.
The blonde stumbled through the Veil, seeing countless things she had forgotten existed. She shivered, feeling the temperature dropping swiftly, as it always did when she Looked.
"There are things here. There are spirits that do not sleep. They are restless." She spoke slowly.

Dante sighed.
He had missed this, the certainty of knowing what needed to be done.
"Spirits? Hostile? Kalieae? Well thats a damn shame, we only have one other awakened."
He waited patiently for answers, he knew she was only a fraction with him.
He was, to be honest with himself, glad to be here while she was looking. It worried him no end that she could be vulnerable in a plane of existance he couldn't even touch.

"The spirits of this house are restless." Isolde's voice was soft and faraway. "There is much history to the building and grounds. They are not all hostile. They are not all docile. There is something that disturbs their rest."
She fell silent again, hesitantly reaching out to communicate with the souls of the departed. The Psychic knew what she had to do, The Girl was unsure and afraid.
"I cannot tell what it is that disturbs them." She eventually spoke up, not being able to connect. "I do not know why..."

Dante placed a reassuring hand on Isolde's shoulder. It was hard to reconcile the girl in front of him with the powerful spirit within.
"C'mon Rasui, if you can find them it'll be enough."
He gave a gentle squeeze.
"The last thing we need is something blundering into one of the slumbering seven, we may need to be more... proactive."

Isolde was silent for a long time, occasionally shivering with the lack of heat. She did not blink, still staring into what appeared to be nothing.
"There has been much darkness in this house." She said quietly, her voice very soft. "Much wrong has been done here. The spirits do not sleep here, they move, always move..."
She shuddered, her psyche bombarded with countless horrific visions. It took all of her spirit's resolve to keep from retreating.
"The others...I feel them...they are here..." she said suddenly. "Time Master, Healer, Warrior, Elemental... I feel them, their presence, we are not alone!"

Shrugging of his jacket he placed it gently around her shoulders, doing his best not to disturb her trance. Beyond the veil was not a place to be distracted.
"Isolde, try to push through the darkness and seal it away from your thoughts. Can you reach the other Seven?"
He kept his voice low key and calm. He was glad to hear the others were close, those they fought wasted no time and they could do without globe-trotting to gather the Seven.
Can't sense the Summoner... that can't be good. At best it's mysterious and at worst...

The other Seven... Isolde felt her heart leap with excitement at the thought of finding her fellow 'warriors' once more. The fact she could not sense the Summoner worried her, but she forced the thought away for the time being: She had to do as Dante asked.
It was always the same; if the Prophet gave an order, she would follow it. There had only been one time she had lost herself, and the less she remembered of that, the better. Isolde bit her lower lip, hardly noticing the action, as she raised one hand slowly. Though she was only metaphorically reaching out, her body mimicked her psyche's actions.
"They are so close..." she whispered. "I just...can't quite...reach them..."

With a shrug Dante slipped his jacket from his shoulders and wrapped it around the girl before him. She grew more distant in her manner as she delved deeper into realms unseen.
"Isolde, you have done more than enough, we know now they are all here waiting for us."
Deep down he knew that she was more powerful than he, maybe more powerful than any of them, but he felt a duty to care for her, as he did for all the seven.
"If you can't reach them here, make your way back to me."
